Terms of Business

Double room with private shower £80 per night based on double occupancy. 

Double room with shared facilities £70 per night based on double occupancy.

NB. Single occupancy of a double room at weekends, bank holidays or special events, will be at full room rates less 10%.   On all other occasions it will be at 50% of the double occupancy rate plus a £20 suppliment.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve accommodation, fully refundable if the room is relet for the same dates. Guests are recommended to take out holiday insurance.

Method of payment: Cash or Cheque payable to J & F Wouters, supported by bank guarantee card. We now accept PayPal

Incoming guests are requested to arrive after 4pm or by previous arrangement with their hosts. There is gated off road parking.

Rooms should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

This is a No SMOKING establishment.

Regretfully we do not accept pets or children under 10 years of age.
